Add ctf to clan war modes

There was a ctf tournament on ca brazil reloaded and it went very well, i believe adding ctf to cws would be a great addition

The CTF was hosted on Combat Arms Reloaded (Global) not brazil.

CWs never should have been restricted to SnD only. I agree with you in total.
