Basicly: Make a button when starting reloaded in the home section opening the forum website to make this

Reason: I was very surprised but a CiC 2 asked me where to acces the forum the other day and i think that is a problem simply because a lot of news, and indirekt rules are discussed/written here so i feel like there should be brought more attention to the forum especially to make the game more new player friendly.
