Buff the Dual Skorpions, please

People whine that the Duals are a cheap bullet hose, but I think they're underpowered. The spread and recoil is insanely high, meaning that even in CQB you'll miss a lot of bullets and its hard to kill people. I think a buff to the spread and damage would be a good thing to make them more balanced.
