New Scopes/Sight

A good idea for the future is to add new scopes and sights to the shop.

Scopes can be used as a cosmetic item to provide little or no effect to the gameplay.

Scopes/sight I really want to see in CA:
Cobra
JGM-4
PSO 1 (maybe)
etc.
