Explosion changes that should stay from reloaded into classic

Other players on your team shouldnt be able to blow up your mines. People do that to me and I die just cuz they wanna troll. Also, the explosion range is way to high. I had a mine more than a truck length away from me and I still take damage and die. Reloaded fixed this. This part should stay
