detected abnormal play

so, i'm playing in cabin and having a good game. all of sudden i get kicked from the room. message comes up, detected abnormal play. i am seriously thinking about uninstalling this game. i play everyday. i DO NOT HACK ! however everyday i see the same damn players that hack day in and day out. i have made several attempts to report these players. but i still see them playing. you make it very difficult to report hackers. i just don't understand why you can't have a program that automatically recognizes hackers and kick them.
