Entire Friendslist Missing

A few days ago my friends list showed up, showing both those who transfered and the strings of those who didn't - but today I noticed that no one shows up, including two that just added me.

Note that it does not matter if the "show online" box is ticked.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any fixes? I've restarted the game numerous times.
