[BUG] You can unseal only 8 Respawn Tokens in a row

Description:
There is a bug with Respawn Tokens. You can unseal only 8 tokens in a row and then you have to wait an hour.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Earn over 10 Respawn Tokens from NEMEXIS HQ
2) Try to unseal all of them
3) You can unseal only 8 respawn tokens
4) 9th token return a message "Server Error: ERR_NOT_FIND_ITEM_UITEMID (Error code 3-63)"
5) In your inventory you receive another Respawn Token with duration "1 item (USABLE)"
6) If you try to activate this Respawn Token "1 item (USABLE)" again you got a message "Server Error: ERR_NOT_FIND_ITEM_UITEMID (Error code 3-63)"
7) You have to wait an hour and then you can activate it
8) Conclusion: you can unseal only 8 respawn tokens per hour
