fered 2 charakters to 1 valofe account

Hello,

i accidently transfered 2 charakters to one valofe account, but now i can only play on one charakter. When i wanna transfer the other one it says that the charakters has been transfered already, so what do i do now?

Valofe Support doesnt react unfortunately.

Should still be able to transfer it to a separate VALOFE Account.
Check the Account Status page to see if your character is there: https://combatarms-r.valofe.eu/transfer/status

Can you check which character has been transferred to your VALOFE Account? https://combatarms-r.valofe.eu/transfer/status

Again, it should be possible, to create a new VALOFE account to migrate the other Nexon Account.
And then check the Account Status page.

the X-Rez Charakter got transferred. the charakter --__Epic__-- didnt get transfered..... im waiting for so long now there is no answer... and NO! i cant transfer the account. it says this nexon account has been transfered already

Hello, i tried to create a new Valofe account and transfer the nexon account to the valofe account, but still the same Error.

as i said there is just one transfer information. i guess the other account is gone
