Crusher Mutagen bug

Hello there my ign in game is B1aCk_H4wK and i have an issue to reprot. when ever i use Crusher mutagen in quarantine mode my bonus ammo or should i say mutagen ammo is all blanks. when i fire, i fire blanks, particulary XM-25 and Flamethrower. When i want to use that spare ammo that comes with crusher mutagen i cant fire a thing.
