[LOBBY] Unable to join some rooms after the emergency maintenance

Description:
After today's emergency maintenance, some rooms keep giving the "Unable to join" message, like they're stuck there forever.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to the Custom Rooms tab
2) Observe that you get the "Unable to join the room" error in most of the rooms, regardless of the game mode
