Game Crashes on Startup

I try to click on the client and it immediately says "Combat Arms Launcher has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

I have tried reinstalling it, and redownloading the entire game and still it keeps doing that.

Be sure to have uninstalled CA from Nexon Launcher, as well.
