I don't have any problem to remove somebody from messenger, no matter if that player transfered his account or if he didn't. What antivirus do you have, did you set up exception for NMService.exe?

my antivirus is avast premier the last verson. yes i put the exception on the antivirus.

Do you get some error when you try to remove somebody and do you get some menu when you right-click on some name?
