Clanies offline in friendlist but online

Description:
Some of my clan mates have the problem, that they are shown offline in everybody's friendlist but shown online in clan list. We (player without this problem) can't PM them and we can't reach them in clan chat. They can't use the clan chat at all.
They reinstalled the client but the problem persists.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Load CA
2) Check clan list for online mates
3) Check friendlist if they are online there too
4) Try to chat with them in clan chat
5) Try to chat with them in PM

Solution:

Some people simply need to patch.
Some people have to diable their AV or set CA to the whitelist.
Some people have to delete their extra AV (2 Avast user had to do this).

I have the same problem, my friend list is empty and my clan chat is not working u_u

I hvae the same problem, I am offline to everybody, and I have noone on my friends list.

Guys please simply try to patch again.
3 of 4 affected clan members solved this problem at this way yesterday evening.

The problem came from my antivirus ( Avast ), i deactivated it and re-dowloaded CA and now it work ( i can use my clan chat and my friend list is back )

That's exactly the solution I gave my clan mates too. At the end a simple patch helped 3 of them. One clan mate has still the problem but with this guy I have also a small language problem.

All clan mates (at the end it were 5 clan mates) got it solved. The AV caused this problem.
They had to troubleshoot it in different ways - updated first post.

My friends list has vanquished again and I'm not sure why - nothing has changed. Surely I don't have to uninstall, deactivate my anti-virus, and reinstall every time I want to play this game?

What is so fundamentally ****ed up about this game's frame that Nexon, and now Valofe, has had so many problems with it? lol

Okay so... I don't actually HAVE a VALOFEEU folder unless I just can't find it. I have a Combat Arms folder in my D:/ drive, so I added that instead. Friendslist still won't show up.

So you have your game installed in your D drive? Usually your root in Explorer would be then: D > VALOFEEU > CombatArms. If you pack the complete VALOFEEU folder into the file paths it is totally fine.
The most player go with the C drive, so the root would be the same, just C.

I had same problem (I use Avast too), just follow these simple steps:
1) Disable Avast
2) Uninstall Combat Arms
3) Re-install it using full setup (Combatarms.exe) previously downloaded from Valofe loader (kocaa_download_Combat_Arms.exe)
4) Execute game, digit your Valofe data and you'll see problem is gone.
