My items are disappearing from my inventory

I had boxes that I was planing to open at some point in like a mass opening, one of which was a advanced gear box and now ITS GONE FROM MY INVENTORY. So that means I wasted that hard earned GP for nothing cuz yknow it just disappeared, and HOW DO I GET IT BACK PLZ ;(((

Why would there be an expiration date? I bought it from the store and had no date on it whatsoever.

ps. I also did not receive an advanced weapon box from the daily login. It was supposed to be yesterday but the game decided to skip it and go to the next page of rewards.
