Satellite scanner dont work

Hello i have satellite scanner and when i scan position enemy only i can see people in minimap when the game was in the hands of the other company it is assumed that when you activate the scaner satellite the enemy was seen behind the walls, can you repair this bug?

they removed that thing a while ago... how did you manage to keep yours?
