once i have played CA and log out of CA and try to play again, i get message, CA is already running, so shutting down client. i have to reboot to play again.

Press CTRL+ALT+CANC and terminate CA process, then you can start again the game. -
Hi, i'm assuming when you state CANC you mean delete. if so i tried this with out success.Comment

What windows do you have? In Windows 7 or earlier you can start Task Manager with Ctrl+Alt+Del, in Windows 8 or 10 after Ctrl+Alt+Del you have to choose Task Manager and then you can find CA client (Engine.exe) and close it.Comment

Maybe do you have still NGM service in execution? Try to terminate it.Comment

Usually when you start CA, in Task Manager you have Combat Arms between programs in execution and NGM service between processes (I don't know exactly what is but it's necessary to CA to work correctly).Originally posted by csc1951 View Post
Anyway if you want uninstall CA:
1) Disable your AV
2) Uninstall CA
3) Use a program like CCleaner to clean registry
4) Re-install CA
5) Add entire CA folder to your AV exclusions list.
6) Enjoy your game
