clean uninstall of combat arms

i have managed to uninstall the game after several attempts. i have reinstalled the game. but when i click on game start button. a message pops up, it says, Xigncaode Initialize failed . now i can't uninstall the game to reinstall it. what is the best way to uninstall the game ?
