This account is created as 1 year ago I send photos and you can see that everything is fine, but when I write badly my mail does not reach the mail I should go to.

If your character has yet to be migrated over to your current VALOFE account with the incorrect e-mail, then you should be alright.
You can simply create a new VALOFE account with the correct information/e-mail.

Also I suggest you use GMail in order to properly receive e-mail verification from VALOFE, there has been some issues with VALOFE e-mails not being received to users who have Hotmail/Outlook.

If however your character has been transferred to your VALOFE account with the incorrect e-mail, then I would suggest you contact customer support about this issue.

Please, do not give out your password to anyone for any reason.
VALOFE will never ask for your password offline or online.
