  • can't transfer from nexon to valofe.. need help :/

    Hello, few days ago i tried to transfer from nexon to valofe .. but was not able.. reasor? (check pic.1) i was not banned.. and i dont know if i got ban when i was inactive.. lol.. i had MAJ3 character..

    i also created valofe account anyway.. with this same mail and started from T..

    can u explain me whats going on ? or what can i do ?

    P.S.. i was not able to sent message to custom support.. because im asking you there .. thx

    Hello.. any FM/ GM can explain me what does it means ? i haven not played since last winter.. and now i tried to transfer my account from nexon to valofe.. and got this message :/ ? what is it ? i was banned ?

    P.S anyway i created valofe account with same email address and started from T rank.. before i was MAJ

      Did you sign into your valofe account or create a new character on your account (even though your character's information was not on the transfer status page)?

        that info does not helps me :/ i will try to explain correctly .. so:
        step 1 : i'm opening that link .. from where i must continue transfer.. (check pic 1) and also sign in with my account.. and press "continue"
        step 2 : when i clicked on it.. showed up that message (pic. 2)..
        here i'm stuck.. cant do anything and about valofe account yes, i created it anyway with the same emaill address..

        P.s after this i tried to transfer my 2 nd account and was successfully transfered .. but this one .. :/ dont understand what is wrong with it.. it was MAJ3 had and by my information it was not banned ..

          1. Your first post mentioned you were in-active with your MAJ3.
          Could it be possible that your account has become deactivated and you will have to reactivate it?
          Did you receive any e-mails from Nexon asking you to reactivate your account?

          2. Are you sure this is the correct account with your MAJ3 character?
          Check any other possible Nexon accounts that you have.
          There are cases where some players accidentally logs onto the wrong account.

          3. If you are certain that this account has your character and are unsure why Nexon says there is no Combat Arms character associated with your account.
          I highly suggest that you contact Nexon Customer Support regarding this issue.
          Send in a ticket about "Account Migration" and give as much detail as possible.
          You can always try to catch Customer Support on Live Chat, if they still have it.
