Same here. Installed new Dec 1 patch but it has been an issue since Nov 29th path. The play Now button does not work. Is it happening in USA only? Because it seems some players are able to log in and play.

I think I figured it out. The game login screen requires a password length of at least 8 characters before the "PLAY NOW" button will activate. My password was not at least 8 characters long, so I changed it and now I can play.
