I have been having this problem since 2019 - 09, My first inquiry was 2019 - 09 -21, Since then I have posted 4 more. The latest 2019 - 11 -29 (no reply yet) contains the event logs, compatibility log, youtube video and a description of all that I have done (too much to list here). I am hoping a developer, moderator or someone that cares about their members will read this and my inquires and try to help me. I have been playing since 2009 and really hate to just throw it all way.

ok, I am now able to play c.a.r. I went onto steam and created a new account and played a few games. then I closed that and opened my regular car. It downloaded the new patch splash screen which updated and things have been fine since. Thanks
