  • VALOFE please solve the issue related to my main account.

    Hello my items didn't transfer to my main account. even the GP didn't. i've sent several tickets to VALOFE's Customer Support around 2 weeks ago its still pending i've got no responses at all. I assume VALOFE's Support doesn't works properly. i've paid real money for these items. I can't imagine myself without them. it took me a while to collect specific items. for now they are gone. i'd appreciate if you guys could help.

    Do you know what items you are missing?
    Did you create a new character by accident?

      Hi Wariel well two weeks ago when VALOFE service firstly came I tried to log into my account few times been getting errors all the time then it suggested to make an account. so yeah i've created a new character by accident. didn't knew that it would cause this. its VALOFE's fault tho.

        Yeah unfortunately creating a new character will override your migration data.
        Which is why you are missing a lot of items, rank, GP, etc. . .

          so i've clicked on it. it asked to input VALOFE's ID & MAIL associated with VALOFE account. also i've input the items missing once again. it gonna help? when do i get my items back? can you response with a clear answer please. i've been waiting 2 weeks. to be honest im tired of it. P.S you didn't even ask for my Character name.





          P.S I can't find this thread : "Update: Issue Regarding Character Creation & [Error Code: 386] & E-Mail Verification" can you link the thread here? thank you.

                        Unfortunately we can not discuss about account bans.
                        This will have to be taken to Customer Support.

                        As for the missing items.
                        This will have to be forwarded to VALOFE.
                        This thread already contains the necessary information needed.
                        So I'll see what VALOFE has to say.

                          In both cases I would recommend you to wait for the Customer Support. There is a long waiting time, I know.
