Unable to Create player

When i trying to create a new player the error jumped:

Server error : ERR_INVALID_STATE_CREATE_CHARACTER (Error Code 3-4)

it started yesterday, day before i created account without any problems.

Do you have a migrated Nexon account or you started with Valofe?

I just tried that and I get normal message "User name is already taken" but I tried to choose name of already transfered account. It could be that such error happens when somebody tries to take the name of character which exist on Nexon DB but its not transfered yet. (if this error is connected with that)

It says that this nick is free for use, also i tried a few diff ones the same mistake.

Ah that's nice. Maybe this error is really related to IGN's, which aren't transferred yet.

I am having the same issue. Server error : ERR_INVALID_STATE_CREATE_CHARACTER (Error Code 3-4) Nexon character apparently never migrated.
Also possibly related.... three files blocked by my A/V. Are these blocked files impeding the creation of a new character?

Same here! Unable to create my new Character. I had long time ago a Nexon ID.
But i start fresh yet with complete new Valofe ID and Valfe installation (No Patch).
Fresh installation on a complete new machine.

So, nothing to do with the migration from Nexon to Valofe...

No problems during installation. Starting the game take a while, but no errors till New Character is coming. Login with Valofe ID is fine! Introduction too!

- Character Name set: Buzz [You may use this nickname] (I am surprise, i think this uder ID should be already in use long time ago...)
- Character selection and country selection: ok

As i click on CREATE A CHARACTER, this issue is coming:

Server Error: ERR_CHARACTER_CREATE_FAIL (Error code: 3-38)

If i check again my character name, nothings change and click again on CREATE A CHARACTER, this issue is coming:


Server Error: ERR_CHARACTER_CREATE_FAIL (Error code: 3-4)

Using Windows 10 with FW correctly configured (https://forums.valofe.com/forum/comb...l-or-antivirus)
Already tried to disable the whole FW, same issues!
AV: Windows Defender , with Controlled folder access disabled!


Already trying yesterday and today, but no way...

Fresh install in an other computer.... Same thing!

I am behind a pfsense firewall but i can not imagine this is the problem. The game is client and there is no incoming connection without client initiation...

pfsense is not the problem. Trying with an other router, same thing!
Trying to re-install the game. NO WAY!

Am i the only one with this mist?

This error code pops only up, if the character name was already taken once but the CA account was not transferred to Valofe. Even if in the beginning is shown, that the character name is free during the check, it will pop up the error code so soon you seriously want create this character name.

Please try to find a new IGN which was NEVER taken.

OMG it was just that?! I should say i tried a lot of other nickname. But now seems to work! MANY THANKS!
