character creation on log in with a transferred account

anyone out there with info on why its sending some people too the character creation screen when they already had an account from nexon

I think it was a bug where people were getting access too early? So now your old char is basically gone? At least.. the message the valofe guys posted up seemed like it was saying that however I think their english might be a little funky since Im not entirely sure if that is exactly what i understood them as saying.. lol

ya i saw the FB post about that the other day. i waited till they said the severs were back up before attempting too log in, about and hour ago i 1st tried

I thi k the transfer was not complete. So maybe if you try the transfer again with the nexon account to another new valofe account it might work.
