error received

Hi I am getting the following error ERR_VALOFE_AUTH_NOT_SERVICE_ZONE (ERROR CODE 386)
I am located in Argentina, South America
Please help me to solve this issue

for what i was testing it seems not all server zones are working. Where are you located ? from Argentina i got that error, but if i open the game from north america it works .

There seems to be an issue with South American players not being able to access the game. Valofe is aware of this and will probably update you about this in a few hours.

Do you use some program to change IP? Can you tell me which one please.
