Account Transfer

I tried already sometimes to transfer my account. But if i accept everything and i do everything. It say transfer succesfull. But if i check the account status, it won't show my character. And if i try to login, its a new account. I was LTC 5 so i won't lose it. Someone know how to fix it? I have this problem already 2 weeks, and i tried everything. But nothing works, and i won't lose my accounts.
