Can't create character (ERROR)

Hi, When i try to create my character the game gives me the error message "ERR_INVALID_STATE_CREATE_CHARACTER (error code:3-4).
Some other times it also gives me the error ERR_INVALID_STATE (error code:3-1).

This error code pops only up, if the character name was already taken once but the CA account was not transferred to Valofe. Even if in the beginning is shown, that the character name is free during the check, it will pop up the error code so soon you seriously want create this character name.

Please try to find a new IGN which was NEVER taken.
