Could not find NGM module

Can't start the game. Error: NGM module missing.

I have uninstalled Nexon's version and Nexon Launcher and then installed full Valofe client "kocaa_download_Combat_Arms.exe"

You should try downloading the Valofe downloader again and try installing. You should try tk delete the NGM module and try.
