    I have transferred my account, I got the verification that it has transferred, but when I login, I am met with the "NEW CHARACTER" screen. I have NOT created one, but every time I login it keeps bringing me to that screen.

    Same thing for me. I did not create a new character, but I did check for my character name. It gave me an error message "Nicknames identical to the AccountID are NOT applicable." Is there an issue with my IGN being the same as my Volofe user ID?

        How to recovery old character ? Please help me and my friends .
