I lost my old character

I have transferred my account, I got the verification that it has transferred, but when I login, I am met with the "NEW CHARACTER" screen. I create new character and my old character is lost .
How to recovery old character ? Please help me and my friends .

You had to wait for confirmation mail and then login with Valofe account... if you create a new character before transfer, you have not space for old account

You will have to wait for the transfer to be complete first.
If you log onto Combat Arms and are met with a character creation, do not do anything and log out.
Confirm that your Nexon account has been transferred to your VALOFE ID by checking the transfer status.
