Ingame fraps doesn't record

I have set my ingame fraps settings on page down & page up to end.
When i push page down to fraps it shows what u see on the printscreen.
However it never does fraps anything, it never records. The mb's stay at 0.00
And when i end it, it saves but it always saves the same name and i can't find it anywhere in the valofeeEU folder.
Anyone who can help me out?

It probably doesn't have write permission to that folder, could you try running the game with administrative privileges?
A quick test on my system didn't give me any issues. You should be able to find the video in the same folder as the CA executable (CombatArms.exe) with a name similar to CA_2017_12_29_00.avi

EDIT: tested it out, still doesn't record.
Normally CA has all rights it needs. if not, where can i change so?

I edited all permissions from the folder, yet combat arms fraps isnt working.

Combat Arms uses Bandicam Software to record gameplay, so there should be files inside of the install folder that might not be there.
Can you verify that bdcap32.dll is in there?

I have the bdcap32.dll in my combat arms map.
