I accepted agreement from NEXON for transfer on VALOFE however, under status page. my character name is not listed. i make a account on valofe etc etc
The main problem is : when i click Continue on http://profile.combatarms.nexon.net/en/migration it bring me to 'You alrdy accepted the service migration page then https://combatarms-r.valofe.eu/trans...ken_id=8516595 when i click on YES, I AGREE it show off 'please proceed to NEXON to confirm transfer' when i click on NEXON, it bring me back to http://profile.combatarms.nexon.net/en/migration and it repeat over and over
I followed Wariel (MOD) advice on recent post :
First, please make sure that your migrated character is listed in the Account Status page: https://combatarms-r.valofe.eu/transfer/status
If there is no character listed, you have have to re-do the migration process again until the character appears.
If still no character, please fill out this form here: https://goo.gl/forms/4AaOes0h1Uc1uFds1
And wait for an official announcement by VALOFE about this issue.
I already send 2 different tickets, i m waiting.
In a support they said :
You will still be able to accept the Service Migration Agreement and create a VALOFE Global account after the beginning of VALOFE Global’s Combat Arms service, in which case your data will be transferred immediately after you complete the migration via their website. It's a joke right ?
Is there any skilled MOD right there ? I don't want lose my CIC4 acc
