Communication radio messages doesn't work

As the title says when i press (V or B or N) keys nothing happens ..i tried to change the keys from the options still the same i can't do any communication radio messages any thoughts ?!

I've tested it out.The Radio Communication messages seems to be functioning properly.
Did you do this when a vote kick was active? Try it when vote kick is done.

Nope i can't do the radio communication messages whether there is a vote kick or not it has been like this since a week ago ...

Is there any repair tool to fix it or something?

Hate to say it, but have you tried re-installing the game?
And whitelisting Combat Arms for your anti-virus? < - Do this first then re-install

Additionally you can go for a Windows Update.
Or simply wait for next Maintenance/Patch.

sabi96 - Make sure you default keys are set to the desired keys. Hit default for the controls and try again.

I am having this problem aswell, so he doesn't sound like he's insane
