Account still hasn't transferred over after patch

Even after the most recent patch, my account still hasn't transferred over. My account is linked and the current status says its transferred, however it still takes me to create a new character every time I log in.

And it says that is already complete?

It says Transferred date at 2017-11-24 04:41:55 so it should already be complete

If your Nexon account has not been transferred yet, then try doing the migration process all over again.
