Hey all i have a problem with the account when I migrated, I post here because i've sent 4 o 5 support tickets and i've never got an answer.
Every time that i try to enter in my account appears that the ID is not correct or the pw is not correct. I asked for a new pw, and i received a temporal pw, but when i put that pw appears the same. I can't enter and i don't understand why.
I only received an answer from NEXoN: you migrated the account correctly, if you have any issue contact VALOFE support...
I hope that someone can help me or any VALOFE FM or GM read this and answer me thank you.
