Windowed Mode

I put Combat Arms into windowed mode, and now half the client is unseen, so i cannot change it back to fullscreen.
Also, id like to know the settings so i can have the windowed mode and see my whole screen.

There's an option in CA settings to switch between windowed version and full screen
