Unable to transfer 2 accounts from nexon

Hi,
I have 2 accounts : meTECHNO and GheTesh1 (one of my brother), and we can't transfer them here!!! WTF seriusly ???????? 1 gen and 1 star WTF REALLY I CAN'T!!!!

This VALOFE support must START WORKING, CAUSE THERE NO ONE HELPING PLAYERS!
