cant open my account

hi i cant open my account and when i try to open it (combatarms) it gives me this ERR_VALOFE-AUTH_NOTSERVICE_ZONE [ERRORCODE:386]
can someone help ?

Probably you're from some country that have blocked IP, just wait for Valofe to allow your country to play

VALOFE is well aware of this issue.
They've made an announcement about this a few days ago:
