Error to initialize NGM

So i patched the launcher and redownloaded the full client and it keeps telling me Error to initialize NGM when i start the game. Can anyone help me fix this please?

Reason to NGM is blocked or deleted this file is for ur AV software. U should re-install de game with AV disabled. AveBeli did a tutorial HERE.
