I hope there are other events planned for the 10th anniversary. Nothing against competitive events, having them is a good thing but right now all your special events pander to either the competitive part of the community or those who are willing to drop horrendous amounts of cash on the game.

More general events for the broader parts of the community like the one Nexon did with the Ghost Shark stuff seem to be pretty much non existent. With the 8th anniversary we've got a special set of dual pistols to celebrate the occasion. This was something worth looking forward to and what do we get now? Exactly, some competitive events with GP rewards for a niche group of players. Even the beta events were significantly more exciting than this.

I'm organizing the events for the celebration this weekend. Keep in mind that the event is being organized and run by a community group--not VALOFE, so we can only give GP prizes to our participants. However, this event is specifically designed to cater to all types of Combat Arms players because we wanted to take a break from the usual competitive tournaments. Take a look at our current suggestions (still a work-in-progress) and you will see that we are allowing players to spend the day enjoying all types of games:
