   • Adding Restriction function for using Special Weapons
     • Specialist Weapons are added to the game
     • We add restriction function when creating room so users can set and still play without specialist items

       • When Gifting, you can type the character name of the player or select from your Friends List
         
3. Bug Fixed
   • Fixed the Room Grade and Combat Grade display when changing the Game Mode.
   • Fixed Room Restriction display when changing the Game Mode.
4. Improvement
   • When using the Quick Join Function, In FireTeam, if you select map and press quick play button. You will be directed to the existing room with the same map that you pick. If system detects that there are no room existing, you will automatically create a room with the selected map.
   • Change equipped item Text Color in inventory
   • Set Icon has been added to CGS reward equipment.

Really disappointed how you integrated these "specialist items" into the cancerous "not available for permanent purchase" lineup. It's especially disappointing because these items are more than just "pretty skins" unlike most of the other stuff. Based on how you handled the previous reintroduction of the Med / Aid Kits it actually looked like you guys were doing a pretty good job with bringing these items back into the game, I even planned to buy some of them but it looks like I stand corrected.

Also, whatever happened to "next month with GC & GP" for the lightning weapons? And gifting for GC only? That's some "true free 2 play" right here. You guys do realise that GP gifting would have made it a lot easier for veteran players to introduce this game to their friends, right?

they had to put permanent as the first aid and the medikit, no that they put this equipment and can not be purchased permanently, however, always better than nothing. the thing that puzzles me is that I can not access the game, I get stuck at the screen

April 25 is when the Lightning Weapon release to the shop, its said that it will be up for a month and The lightning weapon will be available for GC & GP in May 25.

Sure this is definitely better than nothing and they could have screwed it up even harder (as in nerfing these items into oblivion for example) but implementing them like this just disincentivises people from buying them (I immediately got myself some perm medkits for all my accounts but I'm definitely not going to touch these special weapon RNG boxes as long as they still contain non permanent variants. I tryed some of the other "event" boxes before and nope, the abysmal chance of getting a perm is definitely not worth it.) which is kinda counterproductive.

The main problem I have with this is that we're talkin about the base variants here and not for example some kind of special "hellfire skin" for the flamethrower. Sure, I might prefer the RPG-7 Firestorm over the regular one but even tho I don't like the fact that it's only available for perm through the RNG box I wouldn't call it a problem because it ultimatly has no effect on the gameplay. It's a simmilar case with these lightning weapons but I can see why some people are not very fond of those weapons, the same just can't be said for the "special weapons". In fact, gameplay wise some special weapons are so distinctive that they might as well be their own weapon category. With this you're not locking up skins behind a RNG wall, you're locking up gameplay elements which frankly is just bad game design.

Luckily the one special weapon I actually care about hasn't been locked behind a RNG wall (yet) but I'm still worried about:

A: it ending up being only available for permanent duration though RNG gambling
B: it not being availabe for the game modes I want to use it in
C: it getting some kind of performance changes and it ends up not being the same item anymore

and that's the sad thing, one should be looking forward to the reintroduction of these items instead of constantly having to worry about how Valofe could be screwing it up.
