Jobs, challenges and maintaining the game in general

First of all, well for the in game expirience , no lags very stable servers , a little hackers isuue but its forgiveable, what i want to discuss about is maintaining the game, there is no jobs and the challenges don't work, there is no event, exc... .
another thing i want to say for the creators, i would play the reloaded version but the UI is just terible.
