Are we going to get any kind of confirmation?

Valofe has been silent about the disaster of a game that Classic Beta is. They haven't addressed the fact that the majority of the game is broken, nor have they commented on the player's complaints that this isn't even a classic version. This isn't the CA we voted on, but if they actually made the game playable its still better than Reloaded.

Can we at least hear someone from Valofe say "Yes, we know the shop is broken and the inbox doesn't work". And also "Yes, we know the game is crashing and are trying to fix it". Or did we just get screwed into thinking Classic was going to be the CA we wanted but instead got a busted UI and junk servers with no support?

Valofe's silence speaks volumes about their company. They might be worse than Nexon, and that's really saying something.

They're putting all efforts to fixing bugs and probably they haven't so much people to reply to all crying in this forum, anyway they're writing announcements about their work, just read better the forum.
It's only a 3 days beta, what do you expect they'll solve all bugs in this time?
