Ultimate Renewal Kits should be usable on all primary and secondary weapons how it always have been the case during all the years. That's the reason there is no specification in the "possible item list " like it is the case for the normal weapon renewal kits. http://combatarms.wikia.com/wiki/Ult...on_Renewal_Kit
Right now, the Ultimate Renewal kits aren't usable on all primary and secondary weapons as you can see in the following screenshots and video.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Going online in CA: the Classic
2) Purchasing a Ultimate weapon renewal kit
3) Checking out the Primary and secondary weapons which can be "renewed"
4) Trying to activate the Ultimate Weapon Renewal Kit
5) Rechecking this list with the shown list of weapons which can be renewed at the end

It can renew ANY primary or secondary weapon, including Epic and Mythic items.
