Backpack Slot Bugs

In short:
1. All spec items can't be equipped on ordinary characters
2. All normal items can't be equipped on spec characters
3. All spec items can be equipped ONLY on 1st Spec slot (Backpack A)
4. Nothing can be equipped on 2nd Spec slot (Backpack B), this slot is useless
