Description:
The Valofe Recon Vest does not show correctly when you die, it glitches out, please find the attached Video and Screenshot. You can see at the end of the video that when I die it whites our on my player model as well. I have attached a screenshot with the vest which is equipped in my inventory.

Also, The first person view model of this item is incorrect, It shows Red & Blue instead of Orange & Blue
