this company that took over the game don't care on fixing issues nexon never had a issue playing the game for me I cant start the game as I get a error

To be honest, I have the feeling that your Anti Virus causes some issues to you. The seperated NGM log was blocked by it. Usually it would be there.
What's your Anti Virus program what you use?
