Hello support,
It's been about 460 days now since my CIC5 got banned for payback GC transaction. I've sent a lot of inquiries to the support, still no reply.
The terms of agreement says the account can be banned temporarily and I suppose 460 days are more than enough. I'm more than proud to say that I've never used cheating softwares or IGN's glitches or any of that to be penalized for permanent.
