Cannot start Engine2.exe

Hi I used to play with engine2. I know to set it up on desktop shortcut and add "-windowtitle" to the end so it may run. However when I try to run Engine2 shortcut from desktop I get message saying BE Service not running. I've never experienced this before, I play engine2 because engine1 horizontal and vertical volatility when moving throws off the aim. I play 10+ years please help ty <3
